As the region's leading Latino arts and cultural institution, you might think that our world-class Lorenzo Homar Gallery and Julia de Burgos Bookstore were enough.  However, as a community-based organization intent on staying grounded in the Latino Eastern North Philadelphia neighborhood we've called home for more than 30 years, we know that there's always more to be done: specifically, bringing arts programming and educational alternatives to our neighborhood children, often at no cost to community residents.  Taller's Educational curriculum features year-round activities including arts instruction, after-school tutoring, traditional dance classes, and so much more.

For many, visiting and participating in Taller's educational programs is how they discover and celebrate their Latinidad.
