4 21st Annual Book and Craft Fair/Feria del Libro y las Artesanías
An all afternoon event features guest writer, Frances Negrón Muntaner, artisans from Puerto Rico, local artisans, music and dance by Raíces Culturales, storytelling, workshops for the family and more./Una tarde de literatura y artesanías con talleres y cuentos para niños, música y bailes. 1-5 p.m. Bookstore.

Yasmín Hernández is well known among New York artistic and activist circles through her commitment with the geopolitical situation of Puerto Rico and its diaspora. An art educator (Museo del Barrio) with a highly developed political agenda, Yasmin’s art also explores a refined spirituality blending the artist’s beliefs with her cultural roots.
